The simplicity of this product is nothing short of genius. I was initially concerned that about sacrificing video quality with my mid-level camera but if anything the addition of the cloth has improved the video quality. If you're looking for a working prompter this will work for you and leave you room in your budget to improve other aspects of your videos.
I was disappointed when the product arrived with the glass broken but the seller responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a working teleprompter on my first shoot. The product was a little difficult to put together (I'm not mechanically inclined) and again when I contacted the seller they responded quickly and didn't let me go until setup was complete.
The chances that I'd write a positive review after having the product arrive broken were slim and none but the customer service really was above and beyond any experience I've had when faced with similar problems. I'm happy to...
